They don't give you a chance to state what you are calling for. They hear one word and then say hold on and switch you over to the department they think you are calling for. And when you try to explain to the department that you were forwarded to five times, what your issue is, they get upset and say you keep calling the wrong department. Instead of listening and and trying to help, they want to complain and yell at the caller. Just rude and disrespectful.
Worst Building Department that I have ever had to contact. I have called about 7 times now and not one person has answered their phone. The permitting department continues to pick up the phone after a few rings then hang up on me. I hope I never have to call here again. What's the point of public records if the public cant contact you?
Nice building. Nice people in the lobby. Waited too long! An hour and a half to get any estimate of how long I would have to wait.

Their switchboard operators are not professional at all. I called fives times back to back to get some information about a court hearing judgement for a Red Light Camera Citation, that I had received. I told the switchboard operator that I was calling about a citation and before I could finish, she told me to hold on and switched me over the building services department. After four more times of being cut off, I asked could she please listen to what I needed help on before she transferred me and she said okay. Once I told her, she said, "oh yes this officer can assist you with that" and she gave me the phone number to call.
