The place is very useful. Wide, comfortable. The bad thing is the difference in the quality of the service jumping from a department through other. You can felt satisfied in one department and felt sick in another. In my case, the tablets department. Nobody seems be able -and willing- to help me. Of course, I bought anything there.
Horrible. They sold me a stove that was discontinued and a washer they didn't have and didn't know when they were you g to get it. Went back to change the order and still only received the stove. Still waiting for the washer and dryer. Not even a call from the manager to explain. They don't care on the phone. I spend 5k I was expecting a better service.
Everything was amazing, the delivery was on time, the guys were very nice. They couldn't fit the furniture through the front door so they went to the back, they helped us move the old sofas and recliners to the backyard, they worked really hard, Phillip Hall was the one in charge, he was amazing to my autistic little brother, I'm a teenager and I was alone in my house but he made everything posible. I'm more than satisfied with the service, professionalism and kindness. The furniture were high quality. Thank you Phillip Hall for your team's amazing attention!!!
These people are beyond rude and unprofessional at this location. i ordered something online for in store pick up. i continued to call and call and call to make a change to the order for another person to pick it up for me. nobody answered the phone ALL day, no extension, except appliances and that person kept picking up and saying "please hold" and never coming back! how can you operate a business like this??? i found an email address for them and sent a nasty email about my thought on their terrible service and they did not reply with an apology, no reply at all. but when my husband arrived to pick up the item the manager in the back at the pick up area trashed me to MY OWN HUSBAND saying he did not want to help him because of the email i sent and that he was "not happy about receiving" excuse me??? you ignore the email but reply in person to MY HUSBAND and use it against him?! and add insult to injury when you already know that is a sensitive order with an upset customer attached to it, you instead of making it easier and be apologetic you give him hell instead??? i have never seen anything like this in my ENTIRE LIFE!!! these people are disgusting! i will never, ever order here again!
I don't like how I'm ignored unless I guess they feel I have millions to spend. I was in my uniform to pick up something I wanted and NO ONE even asked if I needed help. They seemed to be hiding and avoiding me untill I stopped something and he Promptly said a bald guy works the section I was visiting. So I had to go Looking for the guy
