After a car accident during work hours, I ended up at FMC hospital. As it was a case for worksman's comp, I ended up being treated by their doctors. They kept telling me there was no issue, no damage, and I would be ok in three to four weeks as it typical in these cases. However, from the day of the accident I was not able to sleep, I began having memory issues, I had intense and consistent pain my head, for which I was told to do tylenol and ice packs. The situation became worse to the point I had not slept for several weeks, and at the point Concentra sent me back to work I manifested serious memory lapses. Later one a worksman's comp neurologist questioned me about going back to work, which was not my choice. He then put me out of work until further notice.
