My wife and I recently moved out and needed to furnish our new living room. El Dorado by far has the broadest selection of furniture among the competition. I had the greatest pleasure of having Annabella as our salesperson. She was very kind and showed us furniture according to our interests. She would give us our space to look around calmly, but if we ever had a question, she would be there to answer. After buying several pieces of furniture with her, she was always tentative to any issues occurring. She constantly notified us of a purchase that was on back order and later helped us with a piece of furniture that was damaged upon delivery. Annabella is a great salesperson and I will definitely go back to her for any other purchases I make in the future at El Dorado.
We recently decided to renovate our dining room, living room and bedroom and visited your store. Sandra did not only greet us with a pleasant smile but was with us every step of the way and gave us great advice. She went the extra mile to accomodate my husband's difficult schedule. We received everything today and it looks gorgeous, thank you Sandra for your patience and professionalism. Kudos also to Pedro and Ricardo our delivery team. We had an all around excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend you!!
Needless to say I was going there to spend a lot of money to buy more furniture for my new house. I told the manager how much I was going to spend there but he did not care either. They have lost my business and I would not recommend anyone to them ever again!!!
I like this place, especially the gentleman we spoke with, Miguel. He wasn't on top of us but he did make himself available if we had any questions. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the furniture pieces we we're curious about. We were looking for furniture to purchase for moving to a new place and we will definitely come back to buy them as soon as we do. He put our mind at ease with his helpful advice.
Shopped at this location for years and spent a lot of money. I bought a sectional couch with three motorized recliners. I did not notice unfortunately until later in the year after I purchased the sectional couch that i could not use two of the recline. One was on one side and one facing the other way. and they could not recline together because one was blocking the other from going to it's reclining position.
Do not lose him, El Dorado! ☺
I contacted the store and left several messages. i decided to go there and explained to the manager my issue. I also saw the sales person that sold me the couch and neither of them did not care. I wish I knew remembered her name as I would call them back and tell them to fire her as she told me that she did and later on in the conversation she told me that she did not and it was her mistake. I also e-mailed the customer service department with my complaint and did not get a call back.
My family and I got there 20 minutes before closing and was immediately we were greeted by Maribel. We knew exactly what we wanted and Maribel was very knowledgeable about the store and the product we had came in to purchase. 5 minutes into entering the store she helped us with our quick and last minute purchase. We just want to say Thank you Maribel for your hospitality and smile. We went over to the customer pick up area and Orlando and Luis (who both works at the customer pick up) were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciate your posititve attitude and kindness, especially for the simple fact it was closing time and everyone else was rushing to go home. You both remained in good spirits. Thank you El Dorado for having such an amazing team!!!!
